In return, we put our best effort to strive for continuous improvement to offer the best service to our valued customers. Driven by this, we would like to inform you that Mr. Mohamed Izzeldin Ali is now part of Nada Biological Laboratory as our GM.

Prior to joining our team, he worked in Emirates Flight Catering for 31 years with Assistant Vice President- Food Safety and Hygiene Services as his last position. Moreover, he was appointed as Chief of the Laboratory since EKFC Microbiology Laboratory acquired its ISO 17025 accreditation by EIAC. He has an active collaboration with Dubai Municipality Food Safety Control Department in improving the food safety legislations in Dubai.

Under the leadership of Mr. Mohamed Ali, the Nadal Biological Laboratory transcends from a microbiological laboratory to a one-stop, total solution food safety service provider with services inclusive of the following:

1. Design a sampling plan for food analysis as part of verification program for the food safety management system
2. Microbiological analysis of food, water, ice and swab samples
3. Environmental monitoring program for pathogens and indoor air quality monitoring
4. Interpretation of microbiological analysis test results and providing statement of conformity in the test reports
5. Technical recommendation in case of failed test results
6. Troubleshooting in processing line to resolve the microbiological issues based on microbiological analysis
7. Shelf-life study for food
8. Foreign object examination and identification
