Swab Analysis

NBL analysis personal hand/food contact surface swab samples to ensure the food safety and it protecting food from cross contamination. From unclean Hands and food contact surface, Micro organisms easily transmitted. An efficient testing and correct hand washing/sanitizing procedure minimize the risk of cross contamination.
